We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), to see how often our pages are viewed and how quickly they load. It records the page visited, the referring page, load times, and browser and device type. Your IP address is transmitted as part of the request; according to Cloudflare it is used only to determine an approximate location. The results are evaluated in aggregate only — no individual is identified.
According to the provider, Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and without fingerprinting: no information is stored on or read from your device, and you are not recognised across different websites. Consent under § 165 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 is therefore not required, and these statistics run regardless of your choice in the cookie banner.
Data is transferred to Cloudflare, Inc. in the USA. Cloudflare bases this transfer on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Advertising & statistics: Meta Pixel
Personal data: usage data, trackers, IP address, browser and device information, and — only when you send an enquiry — your name, email address and phone number in encrypted form
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). The pixel records how our website is used and which actions you take here: which pages you open, when you look at our pricing, portfolio and film pages, when you start filling in the contact form, and when you send an enquiry. We use this information solely to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform (statistics) and to show you relevant content there (advertising). We do not use it to identify individual people.
Alongside the pixel in your browser, we also report enquiry submissions to Meta directly from our server, using what Meta calls the Conversions API. The reason: ad and tracking blockers frequently stop the browser-side report from arriving, which leaves us with an incomplete picture of how our advertising performs. What we send is your name, email address and phone number — each one only as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text — along with your IP address, your browser identifier and the cookie IDs set by Meta. What we do not send is the content of your enquiry: your message, your budget range and your preferred dates stay with us. Both reports carry the same event identifier so that Meta recognises them as a single event rather than counting the enquiry twice. None of this happens unless you have given your consent — without it, our server sends nothing to Meta either.
When the pixel is active, data is transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and possibly to its parent company Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta bases this transfer on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Despite these safeguards, access by US authorities cannot be entirely ruled out. For the collection of this data and its transfer to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR.
The sole legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. Without that consent the pixel is not loaded, no cookies are set, and no data reaches Meta — neither from your browser nor from our server.
